Evangelio de hoy 19 de Febrero 2019, El mensaje de San Marcos 8, 14 – 21, es una invitación para reconocer que JESÚS, hoy hace referencia la multiplicación de los panes y alerta sobre el cuidarse de la levadura de los fariseos que lleva a una FE de apariencias, hipocresía, de legalismo.

Primera lectura -Evangelio de hoy 19 de Febrero 2019

Lectura del libro del Génesis 6,5-8;7,1-5.10:

Al ver el Señor que la maldad del hombre crecía sobre la tierra, y que todo su modo de pensar era siempre perverso, se arrepintió de haber creado al hombre en la tierra, y le pesó de corazón. Y dijo: «Borraré de la superficie de la tierra al hombre que he creado; al hombre con los cuadrúpedos, reptiles y aves, pues me pesa de haberlos hecho.» 
Pero Noé alcanzó el favor del Señor. 
El Señor dijo a Noé: «Entra en el arca con toda tu familia, pues tú eres el único justo que he encontrado en tu generación. De cada animal puro toma siete parejas, macho y hembra; de los no puros, una pareja, macho y hembra; y lo mismo de los pájaros, siete parejas, macho y hembra, para que conserven la especie en la tierra. Dentro de siete días haré llover sobre la tierra cuarenta días con sus noches, y borraré de la superficie de la tierra a todos los vivientes que he creado.» 
Noé hizo todo lo que le mandó el Señor. Pasados siete días, vino el diluvio a la tierra.

Hijos de Dios, aclamad al Señor, 
aclamad la gloria del nombre del Señor, 
postraos ante el Señor en el atrio sagrado. R/.

La voz del Señor sobre las aguas, 
el Señor sobre las aguas torrenciales. 
La voz del Señor es potente, 
la voz del Señor es magnífica. R/.

El Dios de la gloria ha tronado. 
En su templo un grito unánime: «¡Gloria!» 
El Señor se sienta por encima del aguacero, 
el Señor se sienta como rey eterno. R/.

Lectura del santo evangelio según san Marcos 8,14-21

En aquel tiempo, a los discípulos se les olvidó llevar pan, y no tenían mas que un pan en la barca. 
Jesús les recomendó: «Tened cuidado con la levadura de los fariseos y con la de Herodes.» 
Ellos comentaban: «Lo dice porque no tenemos pan.» 
Dándose cuenta, les dijo Jesús: «¿Por qué comentáis que no tenéis pan? ¿No acabáis de entender? ¿Tan torpes sois? ¿Para qué os sirven los ojos si no veis, y los oídos si no oís? A ver, ¿cuántos cestos de sobras recogisteis cuando repartí cinco panes entre cinco mil? ¿Os acordáis?» 
Ellos contestaron: «Doce.» 
«¿Y cuántas canastas de sobras recogisteis cuando repartí siete entre cuatro mil?» 
Le respondieron: «Siete.» 
Él les dijo: «¿Y no acabáis de entender?»

Reflexión del Evangelio de hoy 19 de Febrero 2019

Noé hizo todo lo que le mandó el Señor

Dios, el inmutable, tiene un corazón vulnerable a la cerrazón del hombre, a la ingratitud, para después seguir prodigando misericordia y dar una nueva oportunidad  a la Humanidad herida. Lo hizo con Noé, “que alcanzó el favor del Señor por su justicia”. Más tarde, una joven, María, halló gracia delante de  Dios y fue la única en concebir y dar a luz  al Redentor del mundo.

Noé hizo todo lo que le mandó el Señor. “Vosotros sois mis amigos si hacéis lo que yo os mando” dirá Jesús en la plenitud de los tiempos. Sólo una respuesta de fidelidad  y coherencia  alcanza de Dios para la Humanidad su favor. Vosotros, los que clamáis a Dios, no os deis descanso. ¡Qué gran responsabilidad la nuestra! Seamos el nuevo Pueblo fiel del Señor, el que cree en Él, el que espera, se fía y confía en su Palabra. En definitiva, el que no olvida sus  acciones.

Aclamemos día y noche la gloria del Señor, cantemos su misericordia, proclamemos su fidelidad.  Él se sienta por encima del aguacero, de los vaivenes de la historia, de las tempestades del mundo. Agarrados al Madero de la Cruz, vamos seguros, como seguros estuvieron los que penetraron en el Arca.

¿No acabáis de entender?

A los discípulos se les había olvidados llevar pan,  el aceite nuevo para mantener viva la llama de la fe, de la confianza que agudiza la escucha y fortalece  la adhesión, la  entrega al que se hizo como uno de tantos  compartiendo nuestra misma humanidad y navegando en la misma barca, compartiendo con nosotros su naturaleza divina.  Él,  que nos enseña que Dios es nuestro Padre y nos cuida con largueza.

No es que no tengamos pan, es que no retenemos en la memoria las acciones prodigiosas de Dios en favor de sus hijos  y sí  tenemos la mirada miope  y el oído duro. Dejémonos envolver  por la novedad del Espíritu para que nos libere de nuestras apatías y pecados, de nuestros cansancios y desánimos y vivamos alegres en la presencia amorosa y vivificadora de  Dios, que camina a nuestro lado.

Así lo hizo el Beato Álvaro de Córdoba, siempre en un anhelo,  búsqueda y entrega creciente a los demás, reconociendo en el pobre al que Pobre vivió  y murió en el madero de la Cruz por salvar a la Humanidad.

 ¿Actualizo mi bautismo para vivir liberado de las ataduras que me oprimen?

¿Reconozco la presencia de Dios en medio de las tormentas y tempestades de la vida, que me zarandean y purifican?

¿Recuerdo las muchas veces que Dios ha obrado en mi vida? ¿Le doy gracias? ¿O más bien tengo el corazón embotado con otros pensamientos, intereses, deseos  y preocupaciones?

¡El Señor bendice a su pueblo con la paz!

Bendícenos Señor, para que vivamos de tal modo “que el hombre no te obligue a arrepentirte de haberle dado un día, las llaves de la tierra”.
